I am a performer, storyteller, and creator working across film, sound, music, and live experience. My work explores presence, embodiment, and human connection—using media as a tool to move people toward truth, coherence, and shared meaning.

I work at the intersection of performance, somatic practice, sound, and storytelling. My work includes on-camera and voice performance, DJ and music-led experiences, guided audio and yoga-based embodiment practices, and long-form creative projects.
